It’s time to see the Doc.

Well folks, the time has come.

For years, (yes, I said YEARS), I’ve been throwing up bile every single morning when I wake up. Sometimes it’s a 5 minute event. Sometimes it’s a 30 minute event. I can’t ever judge how bad it will be until it’s happening.

Here’s what I know so far…

I have to constantly eat throughout the day. I guess my food digests so fast, that when my stomach starts to get empty, I get cramping and a not so pleasant throw-up feeling. This could happen at any moment. There is no warning. My only warning is “Oh, it’s been 30 minutes since I’ve eaten something. I might start to get sick if I don’t find something soon.”

During my hours of sleep, there is no food going into my stomach. When I wake up in the morning, my stomach says, “Hey bitch. We’re hungry and we’ve been hungry for several hours. Feed us or we’re going to get really pissed off!” And while I continue to lay in bed attempting to wake up and mentally prepare myself for the day, my stomach screams out “I TOLD YOU!!” and a mad dash to the bathroom is my next move. Sigh.

Today, while discussing it with one of the trainers at work, she forced me to make an appointment and have it checked out. It could be nothing. It could be something as simple as “wake up every two hours and eat two pieces of bread, dumbass”. Or, it could be something really bad. We’ll see. My appointment is on Tuesday.

Just hope they can find out what it is.
