Workout: Part 2

Ever since SS and I finished the June exercises we were doing, I’ve felt a little off. Like something is missing from my every day activities. It’s weird, considering I didn’t really enjoy it. I more or less looked at it as something I had to do. It was just another thing I had to get done every day.

Sis is in full exercise mode because she’s tired of being overweight. I don’t have that problem, and my skinny size 3 jeans prove it, yet I still feel like I need to do something. While we were out of town this past weekend, I did a bunch of running. We ran up hills, and down hills. We ran in dirt, and on sidewalks. We ran, and ran, and ran. On vacation. And it felt great. The air was clean and not full of Los Angeles smog, so it was easy to just breath through the pain and keep going.

Now that I’m back home and SS’s daughter is going back to Arizona this weekend, I can get back into a normal routine. It’s so hard to keep a routine when all I want to do is play in the pool and hang out at the beach……

 

Here’s to a bunch more exercising! And maybe the loss of a few more pounds. (Like I really need that…)
