A couple of days ago, I was busy at work when JK called. He said, “I got Couples Retreat. Do you want to come over tonight and watch it?” I’m not usually one for turning down an opportunity to send time with JK, and this was no exception. “Of course”, I said.
I could TOTALLY related to this movie. During the eight years I was married, I was every single one of these people. Although The X and I weren’t able to take such lavish vacations to figure out where we stood as a couple, we did try. Perhaps it would have worked out better if we had gone to some place nicer.
Movie: 2 thumbs up. It is definitely one for the shelf. Pick it up on your way home. Watch it. You’ll be happy you did.
