Baking?

Since when do I bake?
Since I technically became a housewife, without having to get married.
Score!!

I had the morning off work, so figured I’d get a little creative, and make some cookies. Oatmeal Raisin, to be exact.

First, the instructions. (Trust me. I can’t do this alone. And if you plan on eating them, you don’t want me to.)

Next, mix butter, brown sugar, and white sugar all together.

I threw in some flour, a couple of eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla, a whole bunch of oats, and a few raisins.

Once I had it all mixed up real good, I put them into small little scoops on my cookie tray, and into the oven they went….

Just about twelve minutes later, out came some of the most beautiful looking Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I’ve ever seen. And they tasted GREAT, too!

Perhaps there are bake sales in my future……
