In Nebraska

1. In Omaha, barbers are forbidden from shaving their customers’ chests.
2. In Waterloo, barbers are forbidden from eating onions between 7am and 7pm.
3. It is illegal to pilot a plane while drunk. (Duh!)
4. If a child burps during church, his parent may be arrested.
5. It is illegal for a bar owner to sell beer unless they are simultaneously brewing a kettle of soup.
6. It is illegal for a mother to give her daughter a perm without a state license.
