Weird Laws – Colorado

In Colorado:

1. In Pueblo, it is illegal to let a dandelion grow within city limits. (haha. this makes me want to drive up and down streets blowing them everywhere so that people have to weed them, or else.)
2. It is unlawful to lend your vacuum cleaner to your next-door neighbor. (but what about the lady across the street?)
3. In Denver, it is illegal to mistreat rats. (after what’s i’ve seen done with rats, there’s no way to “mistreat” a rat. it’s a RAT.)
4. A pet cat, if loose, must have a taillight. (i had to read this 3 times to make sure i read it correctly. a TAILLIGHT on a cat???)
5. It’s illegal to have snowball fights. (where is this information coming from? no snowball fights in COLORADO???? um. throwing a snowball at someone is the first thing i’d do if i was in colorado.)
